In the heart of the Las Palmas resort in building 14, this lovely condo awaits up to 4 travelers. Whether you are traveling alone, with a spouse or your small family - this quaint, 1 bedroom condo is packed with all you need! The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and all other necessary utensils needed to create your favorite family meal, making your stay with us all the better. In the living room, there is a cozy couch, deep set armchair, and a TV for you to relax and enjoy after a day full of fun activities. The large bathroom has double sinks and a garden tub which adds to that extra little bit of relaxation you deserve with a vacation. Bed Configuration: Bedroom: King We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include: - Fitness Centers - Brand New 32' and 48' Giant Waterslides - Splash Pad - And an Indoor Lap Pool, an Outdoor Lap Pool, a Slide Pool & Even a Shallow Pool for the Kids! - 2 Additional Family pools and spas on the opposite end of the resort - Fun On The Court! Plenty of basketball and pickle-ball courts. Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickleball, shuffleboard, a full fitness gym, and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no additional passes required. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
