Here, Boynton Beach’s endless summer feels like a private retreat just for you. Sleeping arrangements - Two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering ample room for a restful night. The bathroom is located downstairs, shared between the two rooms for convenient access. Living area - The family room invites you to sink into comfortable couches while a flat‑screen TV provides entertainment for the whole family. Kitchen & dining - A large full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with essential cookware lets you prepare hearty breakfasts before heading out for adventure. Outdoor living - Step outside to a shaded patio with outdoor furniture and a hammock perfect for afternoon naps or evening chats. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. Laundry - A free washer and dryer are available for your use, shared with the unit below for added convenience. Location & neighborhood - Boynton Beach’s perfect weather encourages leisurely strolls along the shoreline and easy access to buzzing restaurants just a couple of miles away. We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand! There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit B, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes.
