Sunrise Deck is a self-catering apartment located in a secure and vibey Empire Building, opposite Surfer's Corner at Muizenberg Beach. The apartment offers stunning sea views from the balcony and living area, creating a relaxed ambience of seaside living. This fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two three-quarter beds, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed and an open window that lets in beautiful, natural light. The fully equipped kitchen contains an oven and stove hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for convenience. The open-plan living area offers a 6-seater dining table, and the adjacent lounge offers a comfortable and elegant lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with full Premium DStv channels. The living area opens to a large balcony, overlooking the beach and sea. In addition, the apartment contains free Wi-Fi Internet access. Secure parking is available as well. MUi STAYS is a self-catering holiday rental company. The cleaning fee covers the exit clean after your stay. Additional services like extra linen or towel changes, mid-stay cleaning, and extra products (e.g., toilet paper) can be arranged at an extra cost.
