This garden level pool villa, F102 Bali Hai, is a true gem! It boasts a beautiful garden view, 3 bedrooms (King in ocean master, King in 2nd master with a Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Queens in third bedroom), 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you walk down the gently sloping paved pathway that is lined with potted plants - directly into your vacation home. F102 is ideal for visitors who dont care for elevators, and for those who want a bona-fide residential living experience. As of fall 2025 we are in the process of updating some of the decor and features of F102 Bali Hai Pool Villa. Brand new countertops have just been installed in the kitchen, at the bar near the dining table, in the laundry room, and out by the BBQ. Some of the furniture has recently been replaced along with new wall paint, wall decor, and other small details. More improvements will be installed over the fall season and should be complete by late-2025. Please expect the interior furniture and decor to possibly appear somewhat different from the photos you see on-line on our website. At present just a few photos displayed are quickie teaser images of recent improvements. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition F102 into a lighter and brighter and prettier home away from home for you. We named F102 as Bali Hai Pool Villa because this garden level corner pool villa was decorated with an eclectic but tasteful mix of rich and romantic tropical and south seas decor. We took classic neutral elements such as vanilla leather, natural teak, warm mahogany, creamy travertine, and soft white marble, and then blended them with splashes of vintage gold, chocolate velvet, Capiz shell, clear crystal, palm green, and other colors found in the plumeria and hibiscus flowers that bloom outside of F102. As you walk into the villa and head down the hallway towards the great room, youll notice the beautiful lush garden area outdoors. There is a large wrap-around verdant grass lawn, an expansive covered alfresco patio, and a private plunge pool that is reserved just for this villa. After sunning on one of the reclining chaise lounges on the lawn, its quite refreshing to enjoy a quick dip in the charming petite size plunge pool. (The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only.) The pool has a waterfall feature which creates a relaxing backdrop the lazy hours youll spend relaxing at Bali Hai. To further enhance the natural living experience at Bali Hai Pool Villa, we placed an array of potted plants and flowers in imported glazed ceramic pots on the patio and in the garden. Outside of the second master bath is a lava rock enclosed outdoor grotto shower. You can access the outdoor shower from a locked gate to ensure privacy. Not only is it fun to shower in the fresh air, but its convenient when rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night in your own garden. Set a chaise out on the grass lawn at night and take in the blazing star-lit night skies that Hawaii is famous for. A large wall mounted television rests atop the buffet cabinet in the living room, and each bedroom now has a large over-sized newer flat panel television and an HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions. Other technology amenities in F102 include complimentary no-charge downloadable Netflix, Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet service, and multiple work desks stocked with office supply. The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach! Additional upscale details include unique furnishings, a built-in guest safe, Studio Becker European closets, nine foot lofty ceilings, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, and plush pillow-top beds. The full kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped with a full array of top-shelf cooking and dining supplies including crystal glassware, an Espresso/Cappuccino maker, Hotel Collection bone china plate ware, professional cookware, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau gas range, Bosch electronic dishwasher, and dual coffee makers with grinder. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa Viking gas grill.
