Nestled in the Club del Cortez neighborhood of La Paz, our condo offers a fantastic location for your vacation. You're just a short drive away from the beautiful La Paz Bay, perfect for a day of swimming, sunbathing, and strolling the malecon. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll find a variety of restaurants offering delicious local seafood and diverse cuisine, ensuring there's something for everyone. For groceries and essentials, several shops are also conveniently located nearby. The area is known for its calm atmosphere and family-friendly environment, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time together. Important notes for your stay: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours and common areas rules within the gated community. We are a city with hydric stress and in the summer we can expect water shortages. Please be reasonable when showering and in the event of lack of water service is expected to be restored with private water trucks within a few hours. Please note articles such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, soaps and water are part of an arrival kit and will not be replenished during your stay.
