Additional features include a gourmet kitchen, cable, fax, internet, and stereo system throughout. This home is just two blocks from Mid-Pacific Country Club, within 15 minutes of two major golf courses and just a drive out to Kailua. All TVs have Hulu, Max, Prime, and Disney Plus Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 6th guest. **High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
