We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions. Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing including amenities and house rules. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests please do not hesitate to ask! Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning. 🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of.
