Makanas Place is a one bedroom, one bath home in quaint Kailua Town. This Non-Smoking home is very spacious over 1400 square feet living quarters, which is equivalent to a three bedroom home. Beautifully decorated with fine quality furniture (Koa). Makanas Place features a full kitchen plus an extra queen sofabed and single bed. Wonderful for children. The beach, yes the beach. It is about a 5 minute drive away or 15 minute walk. It has been rated the #1 beach in best beaches survey. Most people come to Kailua for Kailua and Lanikai Beach. Makanas Place takes great pride in making sure your stay in Hawaii is everything you expect it to be - and more! Well help make sure your visit to Oahu exceed your expectations. This property now offers wireless internet service too! **High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night **Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
