This completely renovated cottage was built in 1910 has 767 sq ft, original hardwood floors, open living and dining areas for easy entertainment, fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the cook and dinnerware you’ll need for your stay and an all in one washer/ dryer. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a queen sleeper in the living area to sleep 6 comfortably. The cottage offers cable and Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, decent sized backyard, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and 1 car off- street parking pad. Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning. What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!
