Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, and there are two bathrooms, including an ensuite. The main level provides a simple, relaxed place to gather and enjoy meals. Stay connected with WiFi and get work done at the laptop-friendly workspace. Central AC keeps things cool, and an in-home washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze. Head outside to the backyard to fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy some fresh air. Parking is easy with space in the driveway and additional first-come, first-served street parking. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
