Natural light fills the room, highlighting the tasteful furnishings and providing a perfect spot for movie nights or casual gatherings. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located for longer stays. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen awaits, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The dining nook seats four, making it easy to share breakfast before heading out for the day. Outdoor living Step onto the covered balcony to enjoy uninterrupted views of the golf course. Storage for golf clubs is provided, so you can bring your clubs and head straight to the fairway. The balcony’s comfortable seating makes it ideal for morning coffee or evening wine under the Florida sky. Location & attractions Nestled in Reunion, the condo is just 8 mi from Magic Kingdom, 15 mi from SeaWorld, and 20 mi from Universal Studios. The proximity to these world‑class parks means you can spend less time driving and more time enjoying the attractions. The surrounding neighborhood offers quiet streets, well‑maintained landscaping, and easy access to local dining and shopping. Perfect for families or groups With three distinct bedrooms and a generous living area, the space comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, planning a family reunion, or simply seeking a relaxing getaway, the condo’s blend of style, convenience, and golf‑course serenity makes it an ideal home base. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
