Discover a remarkable four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo in the charming Kure Beach! This exquisite property boasts unparalleled ocean vistas from its inviting patio, complemented by a generously sized, open-concept living space. Ideal for family getaways, the condo features a fully appointed kitchen, a relaxing swimming pool, and convenient proximity to local points of interest. Immerse yourself in the quintessential coastal lifestyle within this delightful sanctuary. The pool is located just a short 1 min walk from the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
