Welcome to Barefoot Beach Resort, a laid-back spot on the best beach of Lake Huron. Cabin 3 is right on the water and just steps from the sand. Whether you're here to unwind, unplug, or just sit with your feet in the lake, this is a great place to start. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin, and the bathroom has been completely redone from top to bottom—tile, fixtures, the works. It’s one of the nicest on the property. Pair that with new mattresses and a front-row seat to the lake, and you’ve got a clean, comfortable spot to come back to after a day in the sun. Each cottage features: • 2 bedrooms • 1 bathroom • Cozy living room • Full kitchen • 40" HDTV • Picnic table • Direct access to the beach and lake • Wi-fi • Shared fire pit • Please note these cottages do NOT have a/c Discover Barefoot Beach Cottages in Oscoda, MI, located on the serene shores of Lake Huron. With easy highway access to Alpena and Bay City, it's the perfect family-friendly retreat. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay.
