Bon fires are allowed on the private beach, we just ask that you stay 150 feet from the sea wall, as we do not want to have smoke going into the homes. There is a ladder provided that hangs on the seawall for quick beach access or you can walk for less than a min and access the beach stairs. You can easily wash off the sand in the outside shower. The owner has also provided air purifiers for your use.
