You'll appreciate its proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, the Jardins du Trocadéro, the Musée Marmottan Monet... Ideally served by public transport, you'll have easy access to all 4 corners of the capital, as well as La Défense. This 20m2 studio is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Reputed to be the chicest arrondissement in Paris, and little-known by many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the capital's most pleasant in terms of quality of life and tourist attractions. Off-center from the party scene, it won't satisfy nightlife enthusiasts. Nevertheless, you'll find some lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums and astonishing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not forgetting, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero. The arrondissement is also home to the Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros stadium.
