Experience tranquility and adventure in Greenbush, MI. **Please note: This unit does not have A/C** ✔ Bedroom - One cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. ✔ Living room - Queen Sofa sleeper ✔ Living Area - Relaxing space perfect for unwinding after a day by the lake. ✔ Kitchen - Fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking. ✔ Outdoor Amenities - Private picnic area and grill. - Shared fire pit (bring a lighter & fire starters). - Shared volleyball court and shuffleboard. - **Direct access to Lake Huron’s scenic beach.** ✔ Beach Amenities *(Not available from October to March)* - Fire pit – Cozy outdoor fires by the beach - Picnic tables – Outdoor dining with a view - Loungers – Relax and soak up the sun - Swings – Enjoy the beach breeze ✔ Water - We are on well water (safe to drink, but some guests find it metallic). - Distilled water is available at nearby stores. ✔ What to Bring - Toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) - Beach towels (we provide bath towels) - Coal (if using the grill) - Cooking condiments (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) - Groceries (if you plan to cook) - Lighter & fire starters (if using the fire pit) ✔ What We Provide - Firewood (for the fire pit) - Two starter rolls of toilet paper Located between Oscoda and Harrisville, Sunnyside Cottages provides easy access to Michigan’s most scenic attractions. Launch a boat at nearby harbors, hike in Harrisville State Park, or enjoy the shops and dining in Tawas. With Lake Huron’s crystal-clear waters as your backdrop, this neighborhood is perfect for those seeking adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy.
