Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10 am The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer and hand soap. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you! Parties and gatherings are prohibited by our team, pls avoid this to ensure a pleasant trip and avoid any cancellations with no refund. Guests are responsible for the propane tanks to be changed if in the need to use them! Walmart is a couple minutes from the house which u can replace the tanks there!
