The most divine panoramic views over the water, come relax and wind down at Clayton Bay. Ideal getaway for the family that loves to ski or just get away from the big smoke to enjoy some peace and quiet with only the sound of nature. This home offers three large bedrooms. Main room to the east wing has a queen size bed with a loft area overlooking the river front. Second room offering two single beds plus option of trundle, bookshelves with books and plenty of games and DVDs. Third room is set to the west end of the home and offers a Queen bed with Ensuite, all bedrooms have built in robes. Spacious open plan living with combustion heating, kitchen provides all the mod cons you need for a comfortable stay - dishwasher, De Longhi Nespresso coffee machine (pods included), electric oven and stove, fridge freezer. All crockery, utensils and tea towels are provided. The local boat ramp and jetty is nearby and there is jetty at the back where you can tie up the kayaks for your stay. Sails Cafe is a five minute drive down the road, providing breakfast and lunch everyday and dinner on weekends. The historic town of Milang is less than ten minutes drive from Clayton Bay, where there is a general store and bakery. Strathalbyn is a 20 minute drive via Nine Mile Road, with many cafes, shops and a large supermarket. Goolwa, Currency Creek and Langhorne Creek (wineries) are all within 30 minutes drive.
