Conveniently located close to some of the capital's most iconic landmarks, our flat immerses you in the heart of Parisian history with the legendary Champs-Élysées, the avenue world-famous for its theatres, cinemas, elegant cafés and, of course, luxury boutiques. They are just minutes away, creating a natural link between the glamour of Paris and your exclusive stay. Located at the end of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and offering an exceptional panoramic view of the city from its summit, with its imposing architecture, the Arc de Triomphe is a symbol of French grandeur and bravery. Moreover, connected to your accommodation by an elegant and peaceful atmosphere, treat yourself to a serene escape to the Parc Monceau a romantic place with statues, bridges, and English gardens, a true haven of peace in the 8th arrondissement. This location allows you to explore Paris using easily accessible public transport. You can reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur ... This beautiful, cosy flat comprises: - An open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and oven. - A lovely, light-filled living room with a sofa bed, dining table and television for your comfort. - A splendid bedroom with a double bed and a fireplace, adding a distinctive touch. - A shower room with shower and WC - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed internet connection (WiFi) This property is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you will need to collect the keys from our office. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
