Enjoy easy access to local attractions and create unforgettable memories. The spacious 2,200-square-foot condo offers a comfortable and well-designed layout across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining area for enjoying them. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. Additionally, there's a cozy loft area with seating and a TV, along with a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for children. The condo is a side-by-side duplex with separate entrances, and you'll have access to a wide double driveway, providing parking for up to three cars: one in the garage and two in the driveway. **Please note that all guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** **Pets are welcome with a fee, and a weight limit of 20 lbs applies for up to two dogs.** Quiet residential neighborhood off a main road that hugs the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Close to restaurants, the beach, and the TART trail. Across the street from the Marina parking lot with available paid parking suitable for large trailers and boats. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. Pack N' Play available upon request for an additional fee. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. License No. 2024-71 (as per township ordinance.) There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property.
