This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have convenient shower/tub combinations. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
