Villa Matilda has been developed through a bold break between old and new, preserving natural rock in some interior areas as a distinctive decorative element, which manages to create a unique sense of communication between the past and the modern era. The spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen are equipped with all modern appliances. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, a flat-screen TV and an alarm system.
