Walk to Broadway from our 3,400 sq ft 2nd floor Modern suite at The Maddox Hotel. Suite has a modern vibe and is the perfect place for group trips, bachelorette / bachelor parties, corporate retreats, executive getaways, business meetings or special occasions like Birthdays! All with the comforts of home! Every member of your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located suite. TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, The Gulch, and 2nd & Broadway are all within walking distance. The Library Liquor Store is right next to our Lobby entrance (as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases) and the Taste of NY Pizza is on our ground floor off Church St. If you have a hankering for some sweets or specialty coffees, D’Andrews Bakery & Café is right across the street. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! Our beautifully furnished 3,459 sq feet suite comes with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Also has its own pool table, cards and board games to keep the party going. All complete with a list of amenities that recognize you for the VIP that you are. There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance called Urban Market or a Whole Foods and Publix, both a mile away.
