The space features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a French balcony, perfect for enjoying the natural light and elegant atmosphere. It also includes a dining table, a kitchen equipped with all the essentials and a bathroom with all the amenities. For added comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Just a short walk away, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere with cosy cafés, historic patisseries and restaurants serving authentic Porto cuisine. Explore the local shops and supermarkets for a convenient stay. With easy access to public transport, such as buses and the metro, Baixa and Avenida dos Aliados are just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore Porto’s tourist attractions. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). In case you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request. If you're thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you're bringing more than one, please contact us. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to €150. If these expenses exceed that amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow entry of a collaborator for property inspection, whenever requested by the host, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request). If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
