The building is a former granary, one of three that survived the war conflagration. The Deo Plaza building is located on the Motlawa River itself, on the side of the island is located on Chmielna - the main street of Granary Island. Perpendicular to the waterfront and Chmielna, Deo Plaza is bordered by Stągiewna Street, which crosses the Green Bridge and is an extension of Długi Targ and thus the Royal Way. The Deo Plaza complex has restaurants for lesser and greater hunger, including Salty Granary, Genesis, Woosabi and Whiskey in the Jar. For coffee or something sweet, you can check out Wedel, and for a beer outing, Riverside by Pilsner is recommended. In addition, you can spend the evening at the Sassy Club, also on the roof of Deo (Sassy Rooftop)! Relaxation will be provided by a visit to the Prana Spa or Yes! Show Me Love. Deo Plaza is only 270 meters to the nearest bus stop. Because of the ongoing renovations in the Deo Plaza building, it is possible that there may be prolonged noise. We hope that, despite the situation, your stay with us will be in maximum comfort. ATTENTION! The swimming pool and part of the SPA is paid extra! APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: On more than 57 square meters there is a cozy living room (open to the kitchen), a balcony with garden furniture, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom. The living area of the apartment is a living room with a comfortable set of lounge furniture (sofa and armchair) and a four-seater table. The open living room on one side passes into a balcony with a wonderful view, and on the other side is open to the kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven and dishwasher. From the large bedroom, the centerpiece of which is a double bed, we can also enjoy the Motlawa River and the panorama of the Old Town. There is also an office nook with a desk and work chair and a bookcase. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, a desk with a chair and a TV. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, as well as towels and necessary toiletries. The apartment is additionally assigned a storage room - a cell, where guests will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. We would like to inform that keys to the apartment can be collected from the Renters office at 63 Chmielna Street in Gdańsk. LIVING ROOM: Single sofa bed, TV, table with 4 chairs, balcony BEDROOM 1: Double bed, closet, bedding, desk, chair, TV, bookcase BEDROOM 2: Double sofa bed, bedding, desk, chair, TV KITCHENETTE: Cooktop, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, set of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, mirror, towels. MULTIMEDIA: TV, Wifi internet PETS: Pets are not accepted. PARKING: No parking space provided. The regular price of parking is 130 PLN/day, but for our guests we have prepared a limited pool of spaces at 80 PLN/day. Advance reservation is required, the number of spaces is limited. SPA & WELLNESS: SPA & Wellness is available for an additional fee, there is a limit on the number of people staying in the pool and saunas BREAKFAST: Breakfast is available in this apartment at an additional cost.
