Cannes-La Bocca train station is less than 300 m away, allowing you to reach the center of Cannes, Antibes or Nice by train. Nearby: seafood restaurants, artisan bakeries, supermarket, cinema and nautical base. The accommodation is located in Cannes La Bocca, a lively area with a Provençal market, restaurants, shops and the beach less than 3 minutes away on foot. Cannes-La Bocca train station, 300 m away, provides easy access to the center of Cannes, La Croisette, Antibes and Nice. Water activities, cinema and seaside walks are within walking distance. The residence is currently partially undergoing renovation, which may make certain common areas a little dated or less maintained. Rest assured: this has no impact on your comfort, the apartment being entirely clean, perfectly equipped and consistent with the photos. We always make sure to offer you a pleasant stay, without unpleasant surprises. Your experience can be personalized thanks to our services available after confirmation of the reservation. Professional cleaning is included and linens are provided for your comfort. An ideal solution to discover the Cannes region in complete tranquility. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the apartment and its equipment. Fees of up to €2,500 may be applied in the event of: Very dirty and/or stained laundry Unwashed dishes, unemptied trash cans, insufficient cleanliness Loss or breakage of key Non-compliance with internal regulations Smell of tobacco or presence of cigarette butts in the accommodation
