Neiuwe Sion is a stunning self-catering, private farm located in Franschhoek, available to guests for exclusive use. The estate includes nine en-suite bedrooms across three distinct dwellings - the Farmhouse, the Vineyard Rooms, and the Historic Coach House. With large grounds, a swimming pool, tennis court, private gift shop, and surrounded by vineyard and mountain views, Neiuwe Sion offers a farmstay experience unlike any other. The Farmhouse The Farmhouse is the central gathering space for guests at Nieuwe Sion. Two living spaces, a large kitchen, a dining room, and a library are set around a central courtyard, inviting guests to reconnect with loved ones. From the Farmhouse, two sweeping patios are found as well as access to the sparkling pool. Four beautiful bedrooms are also situated within the Farmhouse. The Farmhouse Bedrooms Each bedroom in the Farmhouse includes air-conditioning, heated towel rails, bespoke toiletries, and luxury linens. -Mountain Room(60 m2): King bed (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, mountain & pool views, fireplace -Orchard Room (42 m2): King bed (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, vineyard views, fireplace -Garden Room (36 m2): Twin beds (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, kitchen, garden views (beds can be combined into a Super King) -River Room (36 m2): King bed (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, vineyard views Communal Spaces -Dining room seating 12 (with seating for an additional 6 in the lounge) -Two living spaces each featuring high-end furnishings, fireplaces & air conditioning -Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, large counter with four seats, coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove and dishwasher -Upstairs TV room with three couches and a Smart TV with Netflix -Central courtyard -Large patios leading to pool area The Vineyard Rooms Three private en-suite bedrooms comprise the Vineyard Rooms, each with their own veranda with views of the surrounding vineyards, trees, and mountains. Each room includes air conditioning heated towel rails, and luxury toiletries. -Celebration Room (39 m2): Twin beds (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, private veranda, vineyard views (beds can be combined into a Super King) -Joy Room (39 m2): Twin beds (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, private veranda, vineyard views, fireplace (beds can be combined into a Super King) -Peace Room (39 m2): Twin beds (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, private veranda, vineyard views, fireplace (beds can be combined into a Super King) The Coach House Two en-suite bedrooms are located in the historic Coach House, a private, self-contained unit. Recently renovated, the Coach House features modern conveniences while retaining its original charm. -Citrus Room (38 m2): Twin beds (extra length), en-suite with shower, private veranda with orchard/courtyard views (beds can be combined into a Super King). -Honey Room (38 m2): King bed (extra length), en-suite with bath & shower, private veranda with garden/vineyard views.
