Elokut is a collection of thoughtfully designed short-term rental apartments located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Puerta de Tierra, perfectly positioned just minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, and Distrito T-Mobile. Whether you’re here to explore historic streets, enjoy the beach, or experience San Juan’s nightlife and dining scene, Elokut places you right in the center of it all. Each apartment is located on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator) and offers a comfortable, open layout ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Every unit features a cozy seating area, a convenient kitchenette, and a sofa bed for additional guests. The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the loft space provides a second queen-size bed, making the apartment both spacious and functional. Each unit also includes one full bathroom. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that the property manager/owner is not responsible for power or water outages that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as utility provider interruptions). Should an outage happen, we appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will gladly share any available updates from the local utility providers.
