Welcome to your cozy queen bedroom in the heart of Fargo with a 55" smart TV, walk in shower, blazing fast wifi, and a remote work area. There's a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a common area with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and two desks. You'll also have access to the laundry room, which is in the basement. My house is located 2 blocks from Sanford in downtown Fargo. Broadway (the main street in downtown Fargo, with many bars, restaurants, and shops) is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute Lyft ride away. You have to climb stairs to access this room. It's an old house so the stairs are fairly steep. I would not recommend for guests with mobility issues.
