These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. • Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa.
