This combined listing includes 7 separate 1BR/1BA units, each with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Ideal for groups who want to stay close but still enjoy their own private space. Parking passes are available for purchase (subject to availability). Please note: the heating system is louder than average when running, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. Each of the unit consists, ● 1 Living room - Sofa bed ● 1 bedroom - queen bed ● 1 bathroom ● High speed Wi-Fi ● 55" Smart TV ● Fully equipped kitchen ● Washer/dryer in-building ● Central heat and air ● Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ● Keyless entry We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy.
