Marina Cove 602 is a charming wheelchair-accessible 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the ground floor of a beachfront complex in Flamingo. Just steps from the sand and overlooking tranquil Potrero Bay, this inviting coastal retreat combines rustic wood finishes, vibrant orange accents, and modern comforts to create a warm, welcoming space for your Costa Rica getaway. Inside, the condo features spacious interiors bathed in natural light with a cozy, homey feel. The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to an enclosed terrace with peaceful water views. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a sunset cocktail with the sound of the ocean nearby. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, with plenty of space to cook and entertain. A small dining table sits beside the kitchen for indoor meals with a view. The master bedroom features bold orange tones, heavy wood furnishings, a queen-sized bed, and a mounted TV above the dresser mirror. The second bedroom is a kid-friendly space with a fun, Nemo-themed design and two twin beds, making it ideal for families. Both bathrooms feature striking blue tilework and walk-in showers for a pop of tropical charm. Guests will enjoy modern conveniences like air conditioning throughout the unit, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Best of all, the beach is just a few steps from your door. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences. A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz. Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill. Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store. Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
