There is a very cozy patio area with a fountain and beautiful cooper lighting to enjoy outside while cooking on the BBQ staring at the stars at night. Wonderful for children. The beach, yes the beach. It is about a three-five minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. It has been rated the #1 beach in best beaches survey. Most people come to Kailua for Kailua and Lanikai Beach. Makanas Place takes great pride in making sure your stay in Hawaii is everything you expect it to be - and more! Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 5th guest. **High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night **Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
