Aloha and welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located in Waikoloa Beach Villas. Our beautiful, gated villa overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course 3rd and 4th green and the Kings Lake, is our favorite place to vacation and we are confident you will find it the perfect place for your Hawaiian holiday. We are a short walk to Anaehoomalu Bay beach where you can snorkel, paddleboard or just catch some sun (and we have always seen at least one sea turtle cruising around). The complex is in the best location of the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort, within easy walking distance to the Kings Shops, and the Queens Marketplace, which both offer dining and shopping opportunities. Our newly renovated luxury villa is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a bbq kitchen on lanai. Remodel includes new carpet, appliances, beds, furniture and amazing artwork. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Dining table sits 6 guests comfortably and also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar counter. The living room has a big screen tv, new blinds and a queen sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bath on suite. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a full bathroom located next to it. The lanai has a brand new bbq with seating for 4. To complete your stay, we also include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler bag for your excursions outside of your vacation home. The complex has a fitness room, two beautiful tropical heated pools and spas for your enjoyment.
